At Helios India, we strive to ensure your fashion choices fit perfectly, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Log into your Helios India account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition with all brand tags intact; our logistics partner will conduct a brief surface check during the pickup.

• 3.
  Free Doorstep Pickup

  Once your request is approved, a courier partner will be dispatched to your registered address to collect the package at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality check, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
